
Mae Schaeffler wedi cryfhau ymhellach ei safle yn y farchnad mewn atebion dwyn ar gyfer blychau gêr tyrbinau gwynt trwy gyflwyno trefniant dwyn plaen gyda chefnogaeth ar gyfer gerau planedol.
Mae blychau gêr tyrbinau gwynt perfformiad uchel modern yn aml yn cynnwys gerau planedol lluosog i drin y trorym cynyddol.
Yn yr arddangosfa ynni gwynt ddiweddar yn Hamburg, yr Almaen, arddangosodd Schaeffler Bearings llithro hydrodynamig datblygedig. Gall Bearings plaen yn y gyfres hon hyd yn oed helpu i gynyddu dwysedd pŵer blychau gêr mewn mannau gosod bach iawn.
Dim ond ychydig filimetrau o drwch yw haen llithro copr y dwyn ac fe'i cymhwysir yn uniongyrchol i wyneb y cyfnodolyn gêr planedol gan ddefnyddio technoleg gweithgynhyrchu ychwanegion. Mae'r cyfnodolyn a'r haen llithro wedi'u bondio'n gemegol ac mae ganddynt fywyd gwasanaeth o ddegawdau.

Mae'r broses ddylunio yn ceisio sicrhau'r trwch ffilm iro teneuaf a gwahaniad llwyr yr arwynebau. Er mwyn cyflawni amodau dim traul, mae Schaeffler wedi creu proses dylunio technegol manwl ar gyfer cwsmeriaid.

Er mwyn mynd i'r afael â'r dwysedd torque cynyddol y tu mewn i'r gerau, un o'r ffyrdd y mae gweithgynhyrchwyr blychau gêr yn cynyddu nifer y gerau planedol ar bob cam. Yn y modd hwn, gellir trosglwyddo trorym uwch yn yr un gofod gosod.
Fodd bynnag, mae gan atebion dwyn rholio gyfyngiadau maint gofod, a hyd yn oed gyda maint bach y gerau planedol, nid ydynt yn gydnaws â chymwysiadau. Mae diamedr bach yr ateb dwyn plaen yn fantais bendant yn hyn o beth.
Mae'r llwyn copr a'r cyfnodolyn gêr planedol wedi'u cyfuno'n un, sy'n cynrychioli'r lefel ddiweddaraf o ddatblygiad technolegol cyfredol. Mae integreiddio'r pin yn uniongyrchol i'r dwyn plaen gan ddefnyddio prosesau gweithgynhyrchu ychwanegion modern yn gwthio'r dechnoleg ymlaen ymhellach.
